Information submitted through our website, intake forms, scheduling forms, or contact forms may include the parent/guardian’s name, athlete’s name and age, email address, phone number, and information needed to provide training services.
Information collected is used to communicate with families, schedule training, process registrations, provide athlete feedback, and improve our services.
Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, and scheduling may be handled through Calendly. Kinlaw Academy does not directly store full credit or debit card information.
Athlete photos or videos may be used for training, website, or social-media purposes when appropriate parent/guardian permission has been provided.
Kinlaw Academy does not sell personal information to third parties.
